EVALUATING FACTORS POTENTIALLY AFFECTING PHYSICAL ACTIVITY INDICATOR AMONG OLDER PEOPLE

Significance. Priorities in active longevity include health maintenance among older people and their adherence to lifestyle. Increase the Active Longevity Index (ALI) Russia is mainly hampered by low physical activity making identification of factors potentially affecting ALI relevant. The purpose study evaluate a complex decrease Russia. Material methods: sociological method (questionnaire) was used potential - exemplified six Russian federal districts (n =352). Study results were analyzed based on descriptive statistics methods. initial level statistical significance p<0.05. Conclusion. 48.6% lack activity, them exercise for an hour week.
